While for many, Christmas is the best time of year, we realise that for lots of people, it can be really difficult.
So, we try to keep chat running as much as we can during this time of year to make sure there's space to get support.

Here's the plan for the last two weeks of December:

In January, we'll be having another chat break. As usual, this will be a week where we close chat and take some time to reflect on how it's working and how we can make it better

So chat will be closed from Sunday the 3rd of Jan and reopen on Sunday the 10th.
