Get Connected is the UK's free, confidential helpline for young people under 25 who need help and don't know where to turn. their service is available 365 days a year and young people can contact us by phone, webchat, email, text message or use their online directory, WebHelp 24/7.
Recently they're looking into their SMS service, is it working how people want it to? Do they have the service running correctly. Should the SMS service be running at all?
