This is my knickname amoung some of my mates, cos i always seem to have VERY cold fingers. my nan recently wnet into hospital because she had a clots and it made her whole arm go cold.
could i have a lil mini clot iceing up my fingers?

    more likely you just have crappy circulation.

    my fingers, feet and nose are always freezing, even on really warm days.

    not sure what you can do to help. exercise might work, or massage, or alternative therapies...

    probably just bad circulation. if you go to a chemist or herbal type place they can suggest a supplement for you to take. (cant remember the name sorry)
