Right, got C's and D's at GCSE. Got 3 D's at AS Level. I am now doing 2 A2 Levels, of which am predicted D's.
I am so keen to go to Uni, and my parents are backing 100%.
What Uni's could I look at if any at all?
and are my grades too low for Uni?

To be honest, I think the best advice you'll get isn't here from us, it's at school/college from your careers adviser so ask them! They know you better, and they know the unis.
Failing that, look at www.ucas.co.uk or another further education/careers website.
Good luck
Edited because I forgot to mention: Most unis want you to have 5 GCSEs at grades A* to C. Do you have that?
Let's see here *grabs calculator*
1 D at AS = 30 points
therefore 3 = 90 (your current score)
1 D at A2 = 60 points
therefore 2 = 120
That's 150 points you could get, if you doing do something like pick up another AS in the mean time.
I'm currently at the University of Hertfordshire which asks for around 200 points (I've got 210)
If you check the league tables, they're split into divisions:
Premier = Oxbridge (don't even ask)
First = Those unis that the people who think they're really smart go to
Second = Those unis who the really smart do go to (Bet you'll never guess where UH is )
Third = Solid unis
Fourth = Not the biggest or well known, but still solid unis
Other = not on the list
Try setting you sights at some of the Third division ones. Anyone with enough arrogance will tell you that they're not worth it, but they're talking out of their - if a university was genuinly not worth it, it wouldn't keep going.
What I'd advise you do, if you want to go to university, is to sort out all your UCAS stuff and aim for uni courses that ask for about 150 points. If you get in, so much the better, if not, get up early on results day, get someone who can drive (if school's too far away to walk) and as soon as you get your results, check them and head home. Pick up the phone quickly and jump through Clearing. As one of the first, even if you haven't got the grades you needed, there's a good chance you can get in anyway, or maybe even get somewhere else
That's what Clearing was designed for, and that's what I did. I'm currently sitting in the Learning Resource Centre in the De Havilland campus of the University of Hertfordshire ( :thumb: ) so I'm proof that this system works.
if you've got d grades, you will probably be able to get into one of the former polytechnic unis. these are for those who don't get outstanding results, but would still love to enter into he. there's a list of these unis here - http://www.studentuk.com/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=547&d=11&h=24&f=23&dateformat=%25o-%25B-%25Y, under the title of "crappy" unis which is totally, totally wrong check out that list, see if anywhere appeals to you and if it does do a search for their website. you'll be able to look at their entry requirements and hopefully find something that could be for you.
i back up the talking to someone at college thing. they'll have much more resources for ya.
really depends on what you want to do though. you could go to one of the unis with lower entrance grades, or you might be better off in a specialist college where talent in some other area counts for more than academic achievement.
all depends on you.
and yeah, if you go through clearing they will accept you with worse grades than normal. i got onto a course through clearing where you really needed an art foundation course (which i never did), but i told them i had art AS and 'was quite good' and they let me on. suckers.
