Right so im cooking the boy a meal on saturday night...iv done it before but iv used up all my specialities. i want something relatively quick & easy coz im workin til 4 on saturday. I was thinking maybe sausage casserole with turnip, potatoes etc then for dessert this ice cream crunchie thing that ido (very MmMmm)

Just wondered if anyone has any real nice dishes they do...do share!?

    oo you could make canellonni (sp?) it's really fun coz u get to roll up slippery cooked lasagne sheets, but what you said sounds cool too.

    I suggest a takeaway. UK Best Pizza and Kebab is quite nice. Would bring a grin to many a mans heart :D
