    Don't panic!

The best thing to do is organise your time and allocate slots for doing your work, and set aside time for socialising. Don't work in your social time, and vice versa (more improtantly). If you do too much work at once, it gets on top of you, if you do too little though it will be too much later on.

Also talk with close friends about your problems. That can help a lot.

As for associated health problems, see a doctor to get some advice. At this time of year when various viruses start creeping in, its best not to ignore it. Stressed students are particularly susceptible.

I hope you feel better soon :)

Have a word with your heads of subjects, or your tutors - i'm sure they'll understand and give you a bit of leeway. If it gets too much take a few days off from everything - just relax and recharge.

That's the best advice i can give, really - i understand problems related to stress, but not really suffering medical problems as well I'm not really qualified to advise you on how to cope. *hug*

tutors are usually really good about it. best thing is to see them before work needs to be in, and not after.

just pop in for a chat. along the 'i'm trying my best but i don't feel like i can cope' lines.

they should have some advice for you, and then they'll know, and they usually go easy on you.

I know how you feel. I left 3 weeks computing homework till now and now I have 98 questions to do for Monday.

There are loads of aspects to student life that are stressful - you're not alone. Try to take positive steps rather than give in. Read our feature onstudent stress - and, like the others have advised, make sure you talk about the problems you are having with your tutors - it will ease your mind just knowing that they know what you're going through.
    :)
