Best English Art School?

I know I'm probably asking for too much here, but does anyone have any idea of the best Art School or university in England which offers a Graphic Design course? Glasgow School Of Art is ideal, but with the course lasting 4 years and wanting to go back down South, my heart just isn't into applying.
I'd especially like to go to the Manchester area, but that's very thin on the ground with my subject. Any help? It'd be greatly appreciated!! Thanks for your time.
