Non symmetrical growth

Crazy topic I know. I seem to have a problem where the whole of the left hand side of my body seems to have grown more than the right. It is not really noticeable to the naked eye but I can feel it. I notice it on my face, my pecs, my backside and my feet! It really annoys me and sometimes I wonder if I have a problem that I should go see about - has anyone else ever heard of this???
