    I never found them to be that great. I've heard that something like a Mentholyptus (Extra strong) has a greater effect. :)

    I've heard of lubing up a swimming armband and putting it between matress and bed-frame and shagging that - ALTHOUGH - I have Never tried it myself, Honest! :blush:;):blush:

    You should try muscle rub (deap heat etc.) On sensortive areas.

    Works really well
