Isn't muscle cramp something to do with not drinking enough fluids?

I used to suffer from it once in a while, but not for a long time thank god!!

Correct. Something to do with minerals and stuff. Try drinking Isotonic juice (lucozade, etc...) like the footballers do.

Water's not enough. You need a drink that has special minerals and stuff in it.

yeah, that sounds like it might be something that needs checking out - is it swollen at all? have you done any flights recently?
    its not worth taking risks...

Apparently a lack of potassium can lead to those cramps. I used to get them a lot when I was younger. Eat bananas! They're a good source, as are avocados.

I used to get it all the time and I wondered if it was to do with the pill but then I read an article about it and its not at all unusual because its just your leg going to sleep in an awkward way.

It really really hurts though, and it only ever used to happen to my left leg!
