What can you do to increase your sperm count?
Things I've heard are:

Wear boxers (or no underwear)
No hot baths (how hot is 'hot' exactly?)
Don't cross your legs

My sperm count if fine, but I want more.

Also, does a lower sperm count make your erections less 'hard'?

I've never thought about my sperm count.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the main purpose of increasing one's sperm count? Just to increase the chance of insemination? You asked whether a lower sperm count would make your erection less hard. Surely there's no real and distinct sexual or health gain from an increase?

Basically, when I've just had sex (i.e. got rid of my semen), my erections aren't as hard a few hour afterwards, but if I go for a few days without any sex (i.e. building up my semen), then my erections are rock hard.

Yeah, but that's cause you're horny when you haven't had it for a while.

Erections are not to do with sperm count, it's to do with how much blood goes to the tissues in your dick. But then I suppose that your body may be more desperate to fertilise if you haven't had any for a while.

The actual sperms only make up a small part of semen, and certainly have no effect on your ability to achieve an erection. They only have an effect on you fertility, which is only important if you want children.

im no doctor/erection specialist, but im sure the sperm count in semen has sweet F.A to do with how hard your erection is. its how turned on you are/how high your blood pressure is at that point in time. an erect penis is after all just a flaccid one with a lot of blood in it!!!

I think of it another way. If I haven't had sex for a while, the semen in me will build up, and it'll want to 'get out'.
Therefore, the more semen in me that wants to get out, the hornier I will be, and the harder my erections.

that is true, but sperm makes up only a tiny proportion of semen. I think eating lots of eggs, and making sure you drink lots of water would be a good way to increase the amount of semen, but I think some people just naturally produce more, and some people not as much. I didnt realise it was something that bothered people.

sperm count doesnt have anything to do with semen quantity or erection quality. men who have had a vasectomy can still get the same quality of erection as they could before. also a man with a high sperm count just means that there is a higher than average amount of sperms in the same quantity of semen - not that there is more semen.
