Distance

I'm falling in love with someone faster than I have with any ever before. He's 18 years old so we're well suited but the only problem is he lives in Surrey and I live in North Wales! I want to go see him and everything but it'd be difficult. If I go into this *which I want to* it looks to me like I could end up having to choose between love or university. I'm not sure if that'd happen but things aren't ideal. However, in the next few days I think i'll be in love with him. We talked on the phone last night for a few hours and I was dying to say it every second, only I didn't because it's not quite true yet. Any help?
