Has anyone got ideas on the best courses in I.T. (from an employers point of view) that i could do - and how long they take.

A degree in computer science/related area - 3-4 years
BTEC National Diploma (equal to 2 a-levels, but concentrated on 1 subject) - 2 years
also, BCS professional exams - varied time.
