Does anybody else worh for the CAB. If so, what do you do? Admin or actual advice?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

    I don't yet, but I will be from Sept onwards.

    Why not go into your local branch and look around and, if they are not too busy, ask questions?

    Bumble - I PMd you about this because my fiancee volunteers there twice a week.

    Unless you have some sort of formal qualification then you will not be allowed to actually sit down and give people advice. However you could be a receptionist or do admin work for them.

    My fiancee has health qualifications so she advises on health issues.

    There's info here volunteer at CAB and if you are 16-24

    the volunteer hotline will give yoyu loads more info and is charged at a local rate:
    08451 264 264

    The CAB have really good training schemes for volunteers so it's worth a look
