Sinuses or tension?

Recently I've been getting a lot of pain, around the top of my nose and eye sockets. I mean it hurts if I bend over and when I move my head and I think it may be my sinuses.

It ain't unbearable, but it happens a lot and sometimes it hurts quite a bit.

Any ideas on tackling this?

    Sounds sinal but may not be - Go see a GP or pharmacist or call
