Over the past couple of days iv been gettin these weird spots on my hand they start of tiny little lumps then fill up with yellow puss and pop then leaves loose skin with goes really sore and they seem to be spreadin across my fingers any idea what it could be i am going to the doctors 2morrow it looks like theres one on my nose aswell from where i stracted myself and it changed
