Anybody tried it...?

What did you have to do?

How effective was it?

    I dunno if this is the same thing but I tried this chinese herbal pills but they didnt have any effect whatsoever. You can get these chinese drink things aswel but apparently they taste really ming. Chinese medicine supposedly often works with acupuncture

    To be honest I think the best cure for acne is water, fruit and veg. In HUUUUUUGE quantities!! I'm not speaking from personal experience but I had a friend at school who had really bad acne and she went to see a dietician who wrote her out a really effective diet plan. You could see the difference almost straight away!

    Sorry - that doesnt answer your question but often the most effective methods are the simplest! :)
