Part time job in london

Wheres the best place to get a part time job in North or central london just for weekends! Im 18 and i realllly need the money! i applied for a couple of places and it didnt work. Can anyone help?

    Try going to the job centre - they'll have info about part time work there and what's available. For weekend work, I guess you'll probably be looking at shops - possibly the larger stores in the West End like HMV that get extra busy at weekends. Or bars/cafes/restaurants - Friday & Saturday nights are probably their busiest times.

    There are more ppl handing out leaflets, but i'm sure you don't want to do that.

    Visit a few (20) shops and ask for recruitment forms. For every 20 shops you get one interview i guess.
