Do anyone else get these?

Im sitting down or walking around, and then suddenly my whole body gets a massive rush of heat :mad:

    I do, but it's usually the start of a panic attack.:(

    I do but it normally means i'm going to black out or that i need a sugar boost.

    i do. i usually get them if im actually hot in the first place. i get them often at work (i work in a pub kitchen - v hot all the time) if i go outside into the cold and them come back in and get hot again. don't think they r anything to worry about though.
