ive been stressed for the past 3 years and for the last year it has turned into depression i recently told my biology teacher who told my head of sixth form. She had a word with me and we talked things through but what i havent told both of them is how depressed i am and that im feeling suicidal...Do you think i should tell them and how should i tell them?:(

plz help i want to get it off my chest but dont know how

    It's up to you whether you tell them, but you should go to your GP and discuss your stress and depression with them. It will be in confidence, and they are there to help. If you don't know how to say it, why not write down how you are feeling and give that to them.

    I have felt like that two but not for so long i feel better now that i have spoke to someone it also helps me to talk to my friends and have them around me
