to make the smoke go into the bottle, you have to push the bottle into the water so only the top of the bottle is emerged before burning the dope. then pull the bottle up very slowly. the suction of the water will draw the smoke into the bottle, the slower you pull the bottle up, the denser the smoke will be and the stronger it will be.
correct me if im wrong as i havent done a bucket since i was about 15.

Shocking, your not as innocent as your avatar implies young lady;)
ill giv eu a good hint aswell instead of using foil make a chilum (for the top) out of a 10ml socket set with a bit of gauze much better suction
