    Hi @ellie2000 I think this all depends upon what kind of anti-depressant, and it's also important to note that during the first two to three weeks of starting anti-depressants, it can heighten your anxiety, but this is perfectly normal as your body adjusts to the medication. Are you thinking of asking your doctor for anti-depressants? They will be able to help decide which one they think will meet your needs best :)

    im on sertiline, they r normally both white, but sometime one is big beache and diamond shaped, is tht different, the diamond 1's?

    @ellie2000 I think it just means it's by a different brand, Pharmacist's often change the brand of certain tablets if other brands are too expensive, they will work exactly the same though :)
