My name is Jade and I am currently studying a degree in BSc Psychology in Lincoln. I am so glad to of found The Mix and excited to be getting involved :)

I am happy to chat to people who may be feeling alone or down and need a friendly chat to take their mind of things! This is a safe place and no judgements will be made - I personally take mental health very seriously and want to help as much as I can. Even if that is just to help one persons day go a little easier and smoother:)
