    I made the senior national team for one of my sports after being out for about 3 and a half years. Made it after about a year of being back 😭

    I had an ECG yesterday and it came back as normal. At least blood pressure issues, heart issues, anaemia and diabetes have all been ruled out.

    I don't like who I am sometimes, but I know I don't want to be them. I love everyone around me too much to drive them away. I gotta change I won't be like my parents. Its a slow road but i'm getting there! Bumpy moments are bound to happen
