    Feels like nobody understands what I verbally say and I need to repeat myself at least 3 times (I can't pronounce certain stuff but it seems to make sense in my head but out loud it seems to be hard to understand.) Might as well stay silent and use British Sign Language full time. I used to have a speech delay when I was younger so maybe that is part of it. But it feels stressful and a bit embarrassing. Struggled for years.

    There’s nothing on my account lol. So hopefully the mix won’t be angry lol. It’s Just a few people I follow. I do make tiktoks but I post it for a second just so I can save it to my phone then delete it on my account. I just do it for my own fun not for likes or anything lol.

    Does anyone else get really obsessed with things?

     I worry I’m annoying my friends because we played a few hours of this fantasy game together and I’ve already drawn a ton of doodles inspired by it and I’d like to share them but what if i annoy them or show them so much they stop enjoying the game :s

    I don't think I've been so annoyed by someone I didn't know *takes a deep breath*. It's a slap in the face to your black (or half black), relatives/ friends, to say all lives matter.  This is why it is so important to have these types of conversations and even more so in a mixed-race household.

    *ACCIDENT* about pills

    I rang them to say been give half the amount of meds. I take citalprom max amount of doseage a day. I rang them to say been given half so they gave me some extra to now realise what the pills actually say because I’ve been given one pills for the whole Mg. so basically without saying numbers but I normally take 2 pills a day to add up to thingy. I didn’t know there was one pill for that Mg  They look similar in size. So I didn’t read it and assumed I need to take two. Turns out not. And that I’ve been taking double for a week ://///. It’s cause they’re always mixing up what they give me in doseage wise. Sometimes I need to take 4 pills a day to get the doseage or sometimes it’s 2 a they mix it up. But that time it was one pill a day for that dose and I didn’t realise til now. And had some left over dose days I missed so been using them too by accident thinking I needed it

    my chest hurt a little today now I’m over thinking. 

    My confidently has been broken by the mix over something like this. Don’t think cause against the rules just cause they don’t know about pills.  So I just want to make clear I just told me sister asking her what to do and if I should ring 111 and I will most likely ring 111 in a bit with her

    Almost had the police called on me for a welfare check cause I sent my old hospital some chocolates and a card and they thought it was a goodbye letter 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    Just had a call from CMHT. The lady was nice enough but being told that my situation (which has been going on since looooong before covid) is probably covid related and will likely get better after covid didn’t exactly make me feel any better :joy: idk whether im overreacting but..
