I was just gunna post this in the quotes thread but feel like its worthy of its own thread ha. Cause feel can relate to it so much. Sometimes i dont get out of bed til really late and just think "well thats a day gone, im wasting my whole life whats the point". And just need to hear this so hope helps someone else too

    A few years ago when I was fighting with depression there were days I'd never get out of bed. Sometimes I'd go out at night for a walk (may or may not be a good idea depending on where you live lol) so I could feel like I'd done something.
