Sorry for all of this but it's all on my mind if any of this goes against the law evan slightly so that I can sue. I was once told that I wasent safe to get into a transport van unlesss I took Haloperidol. I was perfectly safe! HELLOO I have depression and anxiety as diagnosis not VIOLENT WOMAN! It was transport to bring me to a hospital closer to home so I had to pretend to swallow it but then spat it out lol. I just keep thinking about things like this. Why wasent I safe! It is causing me a lot of confusion! And another time I remember being put in isolation in a hospital and being in isolation but I have no memory of how I got to my room lol sounds funny but now it actually scares me. The nurse said I spat on someone which I don't remember and that I was trying to escape which I wasent so the alarms went off. How TF did I get to my room! Did I pass out and they dragged me! Freaks me out things that I don't remember and it's my word against theirs! I spoke with the matron, nurse manager and ward manager all about this. I remember being injected 4x a day and then got sent to a PICU had a tribunal at the PICU and they said I didnt need to be in a PICU so sent me back to an acute ward!

I have flashbacks and psychological trauma from being held down and I'M so many times! And nothing was evan wrong with me.

If anyone says they was just keeping me safe I wasent doing anything!

It sounds like you are confused about what happened to you and the way you were treated. What happened sounds like it was really frightening, and it has clearly left an impact on you as you have flashbacks currently.

If also sounds like you were concerned about the way you were treated. The Mix is unable to offer legal advice specific to your situation, however, we can talk you through what happened either on the boards or if you get in touch with our helpline at 0808 808 4994.

As I am not sure where you are from in the UK, I'd advise checking out the Citizens Advice website. You can select where you are from in the UK, select mental health, and see relevant information to you. For example., here is the page on mental health service complaints in England.  I know Scotland has mental health advocacy organisations, so you might be able to find something similar for where you are from. The distinction between parts of the UK when it comes to legal issues is important because of different laws in different parts of the country.

If you let us know where you are from in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, NI), I can try find some better relevant information/organisations for your situation.

Heyy that sounds like it was legal. They are able to take control without your consent if they feel youre deemed at risk and maybe being injected made you forget.

I once spent a whole night in hospital and i cant remember any of it, at all. Like i cant even remember leaving the hospital or going their and i can really empathsis on how scarey that can feel. Sometimes drugs can really affect your memory for awhile and even make it hard to see or do things you cant remember or things you wouldnt normally do. It can feel pretty traumatising to be restrant but sadly its what they see as right. Even tho i think these probably ways can calm us down without physical force. You could try to contact some legal adivce but i wouldnt hold too much hope for it going anywhere.
    Take care
