Being a carer?
I know I said the dream is to move to Aberdeen but it's hard cause of caring for my mam.. but a house has come available 2 houses down from where I currently live! (Rent negotiable) it would give me a bit of independence but would still be around for my mam.. what kind of questions do you ask when getting a place of your own? 😂 also I don't know if I will be able to afford it, the previous tenants were paying £800 ... I currently pay 400 🙈 and it's a 3 bedroom house for just me, am I dreaming to big or could it be possible?

One thing I would definitely ask is if the last tenants were paying £800 each or £800 total for all of them. If it's a three bed house for yourself then you may struggle to cover the rent for two other people alone.
I've put some links below to some information that you might find helpful for questions you should ask when getting a place of your own:

I've also added a link to Home Truths: https://www.themix.org.uk/your-voices/campaigns/your-home-truths?&orderby=views#stories-list
It's a platform where people share their stories of living on their own or moving out, they may give you some inspiration for things to think about for this new house possibility.
