For me...
Dont let me get me - Pink ( this song is what i felt when i was really depressed and thought it was just written for me!)
In the air tonite - Phil Collins ( live version) its so powerful and the words mean something! Just makes me cry!
Thats all I can think of for now:)

Blurry - Puddle of mudd
Here me now - Jimmy Eat World
Exit Music (for a film) - Radiohead
Me and a Gun - Tori Amos
Creep - Radiohead
Barber's Adagio for Strings
I dont normally like classical music, but this is beautiful.
im so moved by this master piece of a tune (ps im not being sarcastic)
there really is no relevant reason to the song it just reminds me of last summer when it came out because i spent a lot of time with a girl i really like and i feel i've messed it up. So then i start thinkin of the actual meaning behind the song and it turns out its about James Dean Bradfield's mum and how she died of cancer which just makes it even worse!
Oh god, yeah that always makes me cry.
embrace-fireworks
the who-behind blue eyes
rem-everybody hurts
Sometimes i run - britney spears.

NFG - Eyesore
Greenday - Good Riddance
Adema - Skin
Corey Taylor - Bother
3 Doors Down - Be Like That
Finch - Ender (A Song For You)
NFG - Forget My Name
(Adema because my ex said that was how he felt about me because he still loved me but he couldn't live being with me - so it makes me cry)
Edited To add some more
And it has NOTHING to do with my username either.
I first heard Creep when i was deeply depressed and it described exactly how I felt...
I don't care if it hurts,
I want to have control.
I want a perfect body...
I want a perfect soul...
I want you to notice
When I'm not around...
I wish I was special...
You're so fucking special...
