just incase i have spelt it completely and utterly wrong im talking about the echtma type of thing you get on your skin. it isnt echtma though. oh the confusion! lol
ive had seriasis on my elbows for quite a while now and cant seem to shift it. I original got it when i was ill and had fluid on my lungs due to being run down. The doctor gave me some cream but it didnt help and im going back again on thurday about it. Im going on holiday in a week and was hoping to calm it down a bit before i go, anyone got any ideas or had it before?
