    I've been dishing out advice all over the play today,

    1) was to my boyfriend about how he should come out to his older brother
    2)a friend on snapchat on what he was struggle with at the moment,
    3) some people in a lgbtq+ mental health group on Facebook (I'm a mod of it soo makes me life easyer)
    4) I've saved someone from self harming today as well (on the Facebook group thing)

    Very proud of myself 😁😁👍

    Spent the last few days/a week thinking and I think I want to recover now. Like seriously recover, none of this half recovery bullshit that I've led myself into believing is recovery.

    For me and for my sanity & future.

    I don't want to waste any more time being enslaved by my thoughts/the voices/trauma.

    I want to be free.

    I want life.

    After a difficult combination of general fatigue, illness, and post-holiday-brain last week, this week has been going much better and I'm in a way healthier place. :)
    All behaviour is a need trying to be met.

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Spent some time away from everything in the woods. We walked 3 miles to see some flacon chicks but they had left the nest. Took some nice pictures while out too

    I think stepping away from things that were triggering, stressing me out etc was a really positive step forward.

    I have never been so excited over a damn pizza loool 😆

    It feels so damn good to be my old self again. No depression, no food worries and living life like an ordinary person 😎.. Mostly because I'm a bit weird but in the best possible way lol

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Done 20,000 steps today, and 15,000 steps yesterday rest of the family are in lots of pain, meanwhile I'm perfectly alright, looks like I'm cooking dinner tonight 😂😂

    Not sure if this is allowed but hey I'm proud 💪  also a wee message to all of those struggling with eating, keep fighting 💕💕 

    my boob's have grown! After my relapse last year? My boob's we're the first to go obviously... and they never grew back when I put back on the weight, well now they have! The weight seemed to go everywhere but my boob's.. just wanted to show you all that the weight does even out eventually, I haven't gained weight in about a month or 2 (in fact I lost a wee bit) but my weight has spread out now, and just keep going at recovery guys, your body will even out in the end if you just keep fighting

    Can we just take a moment to appreciate how good is it sleeping in a bed? 😂 like.. my bones don't hurt, I don't wake up in pain multiple times a night and I'm actually getting a half decent nights sleep 😁
