    @Jess101 - We've just taken your last post down from view as it's in the territory of an official complaint - something that needs to be handled privately. Happy to copy it into a PM and get back to you tomorrow, but a public thread isn't the place to discuss that. :yes:

    Same goes for anything else official or any specific situation you guys want to raise - that needs to be done via PM. We don't want to have to close this thread, so let's not go into those sorts of details here. :thumb:

    We've decided to close this thread for now folks - it feels like things have gotten pretty off-track from where they started. For now, we'd really encourage you to put any thoughts etc. in the feedback form where we can see all your feedback in one place.
