Has anyone seen the film Requiem For A Dream and/or read the book Brave New World ?

    Requiem For A Dream - Wonderful. I hadn't seen a film that good in a long time. Loved it.

    Brave New World - One of those books I think everyone should read. I'm pretty sure there was a thread about it before, or not, I don't remember. Brilliant read.

    I had to read Brave New World at school. Its a good book but in my opinion quite challenging. I'd recommend it though. :)

    I bought the film recently on DVD cause it was cheap and had good reviews so I thought I'd buy it. But what an excellent film! It will certainly persuade me never to touch drugs!

    Yep.. it's good to see other people enjoying my favourite film too! :D

    I recommend it to anyone, it's powerful, intensely disturbing but also enlightening.

    Thanks for your thoughts on the book too. I've just got it out from the library, I've been told it's excellent. :)
