    i just LOVE dance music so if i feel down i put on some really good dance tunes, trance is brilliant. thing is it reminds me of lads so much cos i just love lads that dance to all the banging tunes, so i usually end up getting depressed anyway:(

    so many songs remind me of lads, theres more i put on to get sad than happy.:(

    sorry, im being to miserable, i'll cheer up now:) :)

    The main factor are fast agrressive drums and soemthing that makes you feels good inside!

    One track that always cheers me up, without fail is Ashanti's Unfoolish. :)
