Parents Earnings

How much do your parents have to earn in order that you get no financial assistance with tuition fees and only the basic loan? Does anyone know? There are a lot of extra forms to fill in about parents earnings but I don't want to bother if I am not going to get anything. I had an idea it was about £18 K but that seems very low...any ideas?

For tuition fees, it is anything from 20k
