Hey everyone :wave:
Support chat has been busy the last few days. If you're finding it hard to get a word in and would like to get support or help others in a small group then come along to this private support session tomorrow night - Wednesday 15th July from 8-9.30pm in the Workshop Chat room.
This chat will be hosted by Support Circle pro Helenmelon.
The small group means it's easier to follow and everyone has a chance to talk and be heard. Helen will make sure that happens and she will also do a short opening and closing round to help everyone warm up and then leave safely.
Why sign up?
Everyone is welcome to sign up to talk about whatever is on your mind - big or small. Maybe you're struggling with how to fill your time over the summer, worried about your relationship or your mental health or maybe your mates are doing your head in? Whatever it is, this is a safe space to talk.
We're also looking for people to sign up as listeners and help to encourage and support others. Maybe you've got a good knowledge of other sites, resources and support services or you just enjoy giving people encouragement and support?
