Hi there,
Does anyone know what the fat content (in terms of grams) is in a fried full English breakfast containing a 1 sausage, 1 egg, 1 serving of bubble and squeak, 1 tomato, a serving of mushrooms and 2 rashes of bacon? Cheers and thanks for your help!

How you expect us to know how much fat there is in your bubble and squeak is beyond me <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
But PussyKatty is right: there's gonna be a lot of fat in that lot.
try cereal. or toast.
What the heck is "bubble and squeak" anyway?

sausages in batter is toad in the hole...
hey, im having to use this ID cos my old 1 won't work! this is my sisters and mine was the happy bunny!
fat content??!! im a bloody expert cos im a calorie and fat gram freak!
1 sausage119 calories for a cumberland and 101 for an ordinary (you can get lower) fat grams- 4g for ordinary, 8.3g for cumberland!
1 egg- 90 calories, 6g of fat
1 serving of bubble and squeek (ie toad in the hole!) approximetly 300 calories, 10g fat
1 tomato(large) 5 calories, 0.1g fat
Mushrooms 59 calories, 1g fat
2 rashes of bacon 59 cals per slice, 4g fat
of course this does only apply to however you cook them, obviously the most healthy would be the tomato but if you fry it, it can add an extra 5g fat and 25 calories!
like the first post (or whichever it was) try grilling instead of frying and if you really wanna cut down on the fat, have it once every so often OR miss out a choccie bar for once and have the breakfast-it depends which you enjoy most!
