Are you allowed to watch the world cup at work?
Some places will give you paid leave and not take it off your leave allowance.
Some have decided to introduce flexi time so you catch up what you miss later.
Mine has done JACKSHIT. As long as no more than 25% of the staff on each section take leave on each match I can take Paid holiday off my allowance. I didnt realise this and applied too late as everyone has already taken the time off.

Bad side is my arm is giving me pain, but after a few beers, that shouldnt be a problem until we score then i have to try and not throw my arm in the air to celebrate, as this would course much pain, and maybe even dislocate my shoulder like when beckham scored against greece. Ohh well learne by mistakes !
