Helping someone with Tourette syndrome

I see this young man, about 22 I would say. He acts like he has Tourettes Syndrome, is really thin, filthy to the point of muddy. I talk to him each time I see him, and his Tourette is so bad, he can not even communicate. I give him clean clothes, and food, and a little money, but I just need to do more. I looked for shelters, all in the Phoenix area are closed except one. I looked for Physicians who specialize in Tourettes and I would help with this but I do not know how to take the first step. Please offer suggestions.
Thank you in advance for your time.

Hey there and welcome to TheSite, it's worth knowing we're based in the UK so we don't have much knowledge of services in the USA.
Good on you for giving your time and care to this young man, it sounds like he needs it and I'm sorry to hear how little provision there is out in Pheonix. I wonder if you could speak to someone at the shelter to get some advice on alternative options?
Our friends over at Reachout.com in the US might also be able to help you: http://us.reachout.com
Good luck!
