Hi chatters,
Tonight's session will start at 8pm as usual, but the first 15-20 mins will be all about acknowledging who is in the room and having a bit of a chance to actively listen as a group. The aim is to help you get into a mode of sharing and noticing each other.
We'll then take a ten minute break at 8:50pm - this will be a chance to pause as we go into the second hour - grab a drink, go to the loo, stretch legs etc as we go into hour 2.
The final hour will happen as normal and at 9:45 we'll stop with support and share altogether again as part of the closing round.
