    Welcome to the boards - it's great you're looking at getting involved in some volunteering over the Christmas period. As BananaMonkey suggested, you can search Do-it for volunteering opportunities in your area.

    We've also got an article from TheSite all about 'Volunteering at Christmas' - I'd recommend taking a read of that.
