I am interested in what everyone plans to do, or have done when they finish University? I hear from alot of people that they will go back 'home' and get a job to pay their many debts. There is people who take any job and don't even use their qualification, they gained. That is sad to me.
I am worried on what to do if I am not accepted, I cannot kick a routine, they bore/depress me. 9 - 5:30 in an office and then 7 pm - 1 am at the Spanish restaurant. Made to feel like Bill Murray from Groundhog Day, excluding the nice lady.

Anyway in response to the original question...I'll only be starting my BA (English Lang/Lit) this September, so possibly my post-BA plans are a little premature, but anyway...I'll hopefully be going on do postgraduate studies, and then work in academia.
I'm in my second year doing History and German, so my year abroad will give me more time to think!
I'd love to do something poltical - perhaps doing political research or being an MP's assistant, so I can see things happen from the inside, and make a difference. I'm currently trying to blag summer jobs with local MPs, or at Labour Regional Office,so I can get some idea of what to expect. Fingers crossed!
