I been really emotional again :*( I been in tears 4 days on the run.
Iam stressed up with being worried
♥about my dad being really ill,
♥ my leaving care worker not doing the things I ask her to do.
♥ people talking/ slaging my famliey off
Iam really ill now I been so stressed.
♡sick/ feeling sick
♡ exma playing up flared up
♡water infection
♡

:-( went into the Samaritans branch near me (not help me) walked out
:-( writing things down
:-( talking to my conuallor
:-( crying it all out
I cont cope I just want to kill myself :*(

Massive prompts on reaching out for support, it looks like you've tried lodes of things, and often when were focussed on things that aren't working, we often give a miss those that might. You often suggest to others who are struggling to call Samaritans, have you thought about doing that yourself, in comparison to Face 2 Face, I've found phone to be more casual. What made you walk out of the Samaritans branch, lovely?
Would you like to tell us a bit about what's going on with your dad? I wish there was more I could suggest, but were here for you lovely, how is he doing?
The situation with care worked sounds really tough, and it's frustrating when you want to be heard, and you've not being heard, would you be able to tell us a bit more about the situation, what you want her to do, and what support she can offer? It might help getting all the words out before expressing it to her?
Do you have cream for your Eczema? I know it had help to sooth the itch, as frustrating as it is! Has your GP put you on anti-biotics for the water infection? I'm glad you're still reaching out for support, were here for you lovely!

I got my cream
I do phone normal but I thought to try and go in to see them.
They up my depression tablats up 30 now It turned it was fine my water wprks ii he had heart attack 2 hes been the doctors the doctor found something in his blood hes going back today so ill phone him tonight to see what they say.
Even more worring for me now I just want to take my own life
