    Becki - I know what you mean - I was supposed to be in this chat but we both got to chat with community champs instead!! And I am sure there will be many more chats similar in the future so don't worry :)

    Whispers!! So sorry I didn't see this! Was mainly checking PMs. We're going to start a follow up thread on the boards tomorrow so look out for that. You could have had a place too... apologies. We hope to do it again in the future :)

    It was really nice, it's the only workshop I've done but yeah, self esteem was an important topic for me so I'm glad I could attend. :)

    Oh blimey - sounds frustrating. I hope the noise settles down meaning the kiddies settle down too. I found reading books and singing songs and making up stories about good lightening and thinder (making it into a happy positive thing) helped my little brother when he was younger. Hope you get some rest too

    i dont know ... there used to be but nothing helps anymore, nothing makes me smile anymore

    How about friends or maybe just one person who you can talk to, maybe not about what's going on for you, but just a bit of general chatting to distract you from your thoughts for a little while?
