Recovery Club is a four week closed group that will take you through a guided programme about recovery, what it means to you, what steps you’d like to take and what things will help you to take those steps.

Just to let you know that Beat are taking registrations now for their online Recovery Club for August.
It's open to anyone under 18. More info here: http://www.b-eat.co.uk/get-help/get-support/online-services/recovery-club.
If you're 18+ they also have online support groups as well as face to face groups, which you can attend.
