Feel lower than I have in a while. Don't want to be here. I just wanna be out of my head or hurting myself. Doctors tomorrow and I don't really know what to say to them either, they never seem to help.

    Hey Lily.

Sorry to hear your going through a difficult time. Well done for opening up on here. We are here for you

Have you got any support in place at the minute?

Hope the doctors appointment goes okay, I guess its about just being honest. Writing down what you want to say can sometimes help. I dont know if you have heard of DocReady? Its a cool checklist for when you have a doctors appointment. I cant link it cos I am on my phone but if you google it, its very helpful.

Keep us posted and stay strong. *hug*

    Hey Lily

Below is the link that Banana Monkey suggested. I've had a look at it myself and it does seem like a really useful tool. It might be worth checking it out.

Some great support from Banana Monkey too.

Just want to echo some of the sentiment. Keep posting here and let us know how today goes for you.

    Hi,

Yeah, thanks I used the app! They increased my meds and are putting me through to a counsellor or something at the surgery. Probably won't help though, I don't find counsellors very useful.

    Lily.
