Have you ever done something in the heat of the moment and regretted it later? Would you like to have more choices in frustrating situations? Are you having lots of arguments with a friend or family member?
If the answer is yes then you might be interested in our new online workshop taking place in the chat room on Tuesday 27th May from 7-8.30pm.
This is a great chance to chat in a smaller group and to be part of a session led by our friends and experts in the area, Leap - the UK's only youth and conflict charity. Leap believe conflict is inevitable and their work is about helping people create more choices. This workshop is a great way to learn more about yourself, what triggers your frustrations and how you can take action to change things for the better.
Some of you will have met our expert Carey in a previous chat. She's coming back to host this workshop for us and I'll also be on hand to help out
A bit about Carey...
How will the chat work?
There are limited places so to find out more and register for a place follow this link.
Any questions just ask!

A bit about Carey...
Carey joined Leap in 1992 when she began her role as a Senior Trainer. In 2013 she joined the staff team, overseeing the delivery of our wide range of programmes. She has been involved in the development and delivery of most of Leap?s courses for young people and adults and her areas of specialism are mediation, identity and prejudice.
How will the chat work?
- We'll start with some introductions
- Then the main part of the session will be made up of two activities designed to help you understand more about the choices available to you in particular situations and to think of ways that you could respond differently.
- During the session we will share examples of common conflicts that you might experience; you'll also be able to talk about your experiences and learn from Carey and others in the group, thinking of new ways to improve challenging situations.
- This is a sign-up only chat and there will be no more than 10 people in the chat room.

" So I say thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing, thanks for all the joy they're bringing, who can live without it, I ask in all honestly what would life be? Without a song or a dance, what are we? So I say thank you for the music, for giving it to me "
'' It's a beautiful day and I can't stop myself from smiling "
