Hey guys!

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of where is cheapest to stay in London? I'm aware obviously the outskirts will be cheaper but where exactly, and where is easiest to get to? (I'm not talking hostels by the way, I like to have an ensuite room!)

Thank you!

Have you looked at a Travelodge? I sometimes end up staying more central and find that many B&Bs aren't that expensive.

There's a travel lodge in City that's often really cheap at the weekend, because there's nothing there other than businesses and they're all shut at the weekend.

It's worth checking out airbnb as well - just check the reviews and make sure they seem decent. If you make sure you're near a tube station (or even better, an overground train running into town), then it's pretty easy to get in to central wherever you are.
