Does anyone else find it annoying when people say it's a joke even though it isn't?

When somebody openly criticises you, and when you respond to it negatively to let them know you're annoyed, they get out of the argument by saying "its a joke".

Just a random one there.

    fucking hell, yes. Two of my housemates are constantly making 'jokes' at me and another girl. I don't particularly care but they LOVE the reaction they get out of her. It's so cunty and childish. At least if you're going to pick at somebody else, be honest about it and don't backtrack by saying that it's a joke.
