You can get through this lovely, I know right now it seems like everything is in darkness and there is no way through but you can, I promise you. I have been where you are within the bad thoughts and demons and I thought I would never get through it but somehow I did and I'm out the other side still fighting and you can be too and there is sunshine and hope out there I promise. Hold on, even if it's just for one minute at a time, one step and you'll get there. Write, draw, scream, shout, type all those feelings out. You are not alone.

Thanks for answering :) I don't find it so helpful right now because I don't feel like i'm welcome there... I have noticed that baking and listening to music helps however i can't exactly pull out my phone and earphones at work placement. Thank you for the links, I will look over them.

    Hey lovely,

It's okay, I know that sometimes no amount of words can make it better but just knowing someone is there and that your not on your own can make a difference and mean something.

Your placement with children sounds great, is it at a nursery or school etc? Do you enjoy working there? Sometimes its good to have something to do each day even if there are those thoughts in the back of our minds being distracted and keeping busy can help sometimes. But I understand it's still very difficult to get away from the thoughts.

If you like writing sometimes making a diary can be good, where you can express how you feel and let it out with writing, drawing and art if you like that sort of thing and you could do that inbetween work?

Have you got any support outside of work or within family/friends that you could talk to?

The links that Bubbley-Heather put are a good read and hopefully may help you and to know where extra support is. Your don't have to go through this on your own though <3

    Hope your okay,

    Hey,
Yeah I know that people go through the same things, I know there's a girl in my class at college who has scars.
It's a primary school, in reception. I don't mind working there, the children are great but the teacher is a bit old.
I have tried writing a diary years ago but i always forget to actually keep filling it in. I do like drawing however I haven't done any recently though. I could always do it when the children have free choice.
I haven't told my family, because I don't feel comfortable talking about my mental health. I do talk to my friends at college but I hate constantly telling them.
Yeas I have read some, but not all of the links. Thanks :)
